You will not share the room, the hour, or the artist. The studio holds one client at a time, and the facial ends the way it should: with warm tea in the tearoom, not a checkout line.

Yes. Every step is adjusted to your skin on the day, and La Mer's formulations are famously gentle. The facial avoids aggressive extraction and harsh acids unless your skin asks for them.
