Aileen works with single-use microblades and pigments selected for how they age, not just how they photograph on day one. The studio is private and women-only: no chairs in a row, no audience — just you, one artist, and an unhurried appointment.

Consultation & first pass
Mapping, shape approval in the mirror — nothing is drawn until you love the shape — then the first gentle pass with numbing throughout.
The healing veil
Strokes look darker at first, then soften as the skin heals. Most clients return to normal life immediately, with a simple aftercare ritual.
The perfecting session
A complimentary refinement visit — any stroke that healed lighter is reinforced, and the final color settles into its true, soft finish.

Microblading at Aileen's Beauty in Campbell typically lasts 12 to 24 months, depending on your skin type, sun exposure, and skincare routine. Oilier skin softens faster; drier skin holds strokes longer. An annual refresh keeps brows crisp.
Numbing cream is applied before and during the appointment, so most clients describe the feeling as light scratching. The appointment is unhurried in a private room, and comfort is checked at every stage.
Aileen's Beauty is a private, women-only studio in Campbell, CA — one artist, one client, one room. Aileen also specializes in eyebrow tattoo removal, which means she has corrected hundreds of brows done too dark or too wide elsewhere. That experience shapes conservative, natural-first work.
Faded or discolored previous work often needs assessment before new strokes can be placed. Because Aileen also performs non-laser eyebrow tattoo removal in the same studio, she can honestly tell you whether to blade over, lighten first, or remove — a combination few studios offer.
